Judith Broersen performs Purk on Sesamstraat, the Dutch co-production of Sesame Street.

Before auditioning for Purk in 2003, Broersen started her Sesamstraat career as Tommie's right hand. For Sesamstraat's 40th Jubileum annual, she also puppeteered Ernie on the television program De Wereld Draait Door.

Her non-Henson TV puppetry credits include Koekeloere, WaWa and Leesdas Lettervos Boekentas.
