Judy Rothman

Judy Rothman Rofé (also credited as Judy Rothman and JD Rothman) is a television writer and lyricist who wrote the 1998 Sesame Street direct-to-video special Big Bird Gets Lost. She also wrote lyrics for three of the songs with composer Paul Jacobs: "Stickin' Together," "555-1234 (That's My Number)," and "Maria."

She has also written for The Jim Henson Company series Frances, Pajanimals, and Julie's Greenroom.

Her other work includes The New Adventures of Madeline (with music by Joe Raposo), for which she won an Emmy, ALF Tales, the animated Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventures, the PBS series Arthur, The Puzzle Place, and the animated feature film The Trumpet of the Swan (with Jason Alexander, Mary Steenburgen, Reese Witherspoon, Seth Green, and Carol Burnett).
