Jukka Voutilainen (b. 1949) is a Finnish voice actor who dubbed The Count on Seesamtie, the Finnish co-production of Sesame Street.
Voutilainen has been active on radio since the 1980s, including several appearances on the Finnish version of the BBC Radio sitcom The Men from the Ministry (with Antti Pääkkönen). He directed a three-part 2001 adaptation of the Sherlock Holmes story "The Adventure of Priory School." He has appeared in film and television, as well as narrating the food competition series Neljän tähden illallinen (Four Star Dinner).
Voutilainen dubbed Mr. Snoops in The Rescuers, Scuttle in The Little Mermaid, Molt in A Bug's Life, Aramis and others on The Return of Dogtanian, the Toad in Flushed Away, and Kingpin in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. Live-action dubbing includes Christopher McDonald in Flubber, Jeffrey Tambor in Mr. Popper's Penguins and Hank Azaria in The Smurfs movies.
