Julie Westwood is a puppeteer who has worked in both England and the United States of America. She performed Tula on The Hoobs and played various characters on The Furchester Hotel (such as Bebe in "Bebe Comes to Stay").
Westwood performed on Lazytown, supplying puppetry and voice for Bessie Busybody and puppeteering Pixel. She also voiced Madge the turtle on It's a Big Big World, performed Miss Chicken on Dear Mr. Barker, and played the character Y on The Basil Brush Show. On-camera, Westwood has acted in episodes of Cracker, The Bill, Emmerdale, and Cracker.
