Grover's 10 Terrific Ways to Help Our Wonderful World
Juliet was a friend of Telly's who appeared on Sesame Street from season 18 to season 22. Like Telly, she was prone to neurotic fits, imagining the worst case scenario for anything she encountered. (Though, like Telly, these only lasted a few moments.)
The puppet that was used for Juliet was formerly Mona Monster (Telly's sister) and Frieda. By the time of 1991, the character quietly vanished from the show. However, the puppet returned to another major role a couple years later, becoming Ingrid.
