Jungle Boogie - The Muppets

"Jungle Boogie" is a 1973 funk song by Kool & the Gang. It has been featured in a number of movies including Quentin Tarantino's Pulp Fiction, The Lion King 1Β½, and Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked.

In August 2015, the song was covered by Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem in a video posted to The Muppets' Facebook and YouTube accounts. Sam the Eagle happens upon the performance, and finds himself catching "jungle boogie" and dancing along. At the end of the video, it's revealed that he's fallen asleep drinking at a restaurant, and that the song was just a dream.

In The Muppets episode "The Ex-Factor", Yolanda Rat says Kermit the Frog gave her a stuffed gorilla that sings "Jungle Boogie" every time somebody moves.

The song was also heard in an advertisement for The Furchester Hotel on CBeebies.
