Hiroshi, intending to turn the garage into his art studio, sings as he imagines what the finished space would look like. Big Bird sings as well, picturing some masks and curtains to add to the room.

The song is loosely based on Stephen Sondheim's "Everybody Says Don't" from the musical Anyone Can Whistle.
