Kanja Chen is a puppeteer and puppet builder who performs Pogey Fraggle, Ferguson Merggle, and the Grizzard on Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock. He also makes an onscreen cameo in the episode "Wembley the Spokesfraggle" in a TV advertisement that Uncle Traveling Matt witnesses.
He has trained with the Jim Henson Company and Sesame Workshop as a part of their diversity initiatives. He also worked for Lopii Productions as a junior animator, for a segment that debuted in Episode 5025 of Sesame Street.
Chen's puppeteering credits include the PBS-Fred Rogers Productions series Odd Squad, and the Netflix series Oh Yuck!, for which he was also the lead puppet builder and puppet supervisor.
