Kate Rusek is a costume, prop, and puppet builder who has worked for The Jim Henson Company since 2015. Rusek has been a credited builder/designer for Sesame Street since Season 46, and has earned multiple Daytime Emmy Awards nominations for "Costume Design." She also worked as a puppet builder and designer on Julie's Greenroom.
As a freelance visual artist, Rusek has promoted sustainability by creating art out of reclaimed, re-purposed and recycled materials.
