Katherine Jenkins (b. 1980) is a mezzo-soprano classical-crossover singer and songwriter from Wales. She has recorded over a dozen albums, appeared as a contestant on Dancing with the Stars in season 14, played main character Abigail Pettigrew in the 2010 Doctor Who Christmas special "A Christmas Carol", and performed in Andrea Bocelli & David Foster: My Christmas.
In December 2014, Jenkins appeared in A Christmas Cracker singing a duet with Kermit the Frog. She had previously appeared on the Jim Henson Company game show That Puppet Game Show.
