Kathleen Sebelius (b. 1948) was the governor of Kansas from 2003 to 2009, and the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services from 2009 to 2013.

She appeared in two Healthy Habits for Life PSAs with Sesame Street characters in both of her aforementioned roles.
