Katie Lowes (b. 1982) is an actor known for playing Quinn Perkins on the ABC series Scandal. In September 2015, she appeared in a promotional spot for The Muppets with her Scandal co-star Guillermo Diaz and Gonzo.
Her other credits include Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Super 8 (scored by Michael Giacchino), and voice work in Disney animated features Wreck-It Ralph, Frozen, Zootopia, and Big Hero 6. She guest starred on NCIS, Castle, The Sopranos, Grey's Anatomy, This Is Us, and The Closer.
In theater, Lowes was one of a group of eight who co-founded the IAMA Theatre Company in Los Angeles in 2007, later becoming chair of the board of directors.
