Kelly Vogel is the wife of Muppet performer Matt Vogel.
She appeared on Sesame Street as a part of the big crowd scenes in two of the "Slimey to the Moon" episodes (3740 and 3785). She made a more prominent appearance in "Elmo's World: Bath Time," seen washing her infant child as Elmo asks it a question.
Her name was mentioned by Floyd Pepper during the intro for "Ophelia" at the Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival.
