Kelly Vogel is the wife of Muppet performer Matt Vogel.
She appeared on Sesame Street as a part of the big crowd scenes in two of the "Slimey to the Moon" episodes (3740 and 3785). She made some more prominent appearances in some Elmo's World episodes with her infant children, including "Bath Time" and "Fast and Slow."
Her name was mentioned by Floyd Pepper during the intro for "Ophelia" at the Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival.
