Younger with Kermit
Kelly Younger is a writer and playwright who was part of the story team for Muppets Now and shared co-executive producer title with Jim Lewis. He also co-wrote the script and songs for Muppets Haunted Mansion, penned Kermit's 2025 commencement address to the University of Maryland, and is a writer for 2026's The Muppet Show special.
As part of the Disney Animation Story Trust, Younger contributed to several features including Disney's Moana and Ralph Breaks the Internet, and Pixar's Coco and The Incredibles 2. Stage plays include Banished Children of Eve (2010, adapted from a novel) and co-writing the comedy Kalamazoo (2016).
