Kenan Thompson (b. 1978) is an actor and comedian best known as a cast member of Saturday Night Live beginning in 2003.
During the closing of the November 19, 2011 broadcast of Saturday Night Live, Thompson started making cheering noises and Rowlf the Dog later joins him. After they cheered, Thompson gave a pat on the shoulder to Bill Barretta and Rowlf.
In 2022, Thompson voiced Jack Hammer in the Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock episode "Wembley the Spokesfraggle".
Thompson had previously been one of the original cast members of Nickelodeon's All That, and starred on the spin-off Kenan and Kel. He also played supporting roles in Snakes on a Plane and voiced Greedy Smurf for the 2011 big screen adaptation of The Smurfs.
