"Kids Gotta Listen and Kids Gotta Speak" is a Sesame Street song from the educational resource video, Talk, Read, Write.
The King of Reading and Writing sings the song to Elmo, Rosita, Telly and the parent viewers, encouraging them to let their kids listen to their language, allowing them to pick on it and allowing them to read and write. He's backed up by a band and the Oinker Sisters in front of a crowd of monsters.
