Kira Hall is a Canadian puppeteer who performs Brio and Melody Merggle on Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock, and puppetry only for the Lost Fraggle Leader. They serve as the regular assistant to Donna Kimball as Mokey. Regarding the latter, Kimball has said that Hall is "a mind reader" and that "I rarely have to give a note at all, I rarely have to make a suggestion, they just know."[1]
Hall's major puppetry roles have included Cottonball the cat on CBC Kids Studio K, Bebe on Canada Crew, and Snuggles on Gary's Magic Fort. Their training includes The Jim Henson Company's Puppeteer Training Initiative Workshop in 2021, under Kevin Clash, Donna Kimball, Patrick Bristow, Daniele Gaither, Bob Bergen, and Colleen Smith.
On stage, Hall was part of the premiere Canadian cast of Avenue Q (performing Kate Monster and Lucy the Slut) and played the title role in The Little Prince: Reimagined, for which they were nominated for a Dora Award for Outstanding Performance by an Individual.
