Kristy McNichol (b. 1962) is an actor best known for her roles on the TV series Family and Empty Nest, and the films Little Darlings and Only When I Laugh.
McNichol crossed paths with Big Bird in a 1977 appearance on Donny & Marie. She and Marie Osmond play panicked women in a house attacked by birds (in send-up of the Alfred Hitchcock film), which is called off by Big Bird when he realizes they're at the wrong address.
