Kwaltz is a Vogon in the film version of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. In contrast to Prostetnic Vogon Jeltz, who had appeared in all previous incarnations of the story, Kwaltz is an original alien character. A dry Vogon bureaucrat, Kwaltz is Jeltz's superior, and spends most of his time aiding Questular Rontok in her pursuit of Zaphod Beeblebrox.
