"La Bamba" is a folk song, best known from a 1958 adaptation by Ritchie Valens, a top 40 hit in the the U.S. charts and one of early rock and roll's best-known songs. Los Lobos later covered the song for the film of the same name, reaching #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts.
Bean Bunny and the Muppet cast performed the song in episode 105 of The Jim Henson Hour.
The Dancing Grandmas dance to this song in episode 204 of Muppets Tonight.
