Lady Fretibula is a minor recurring character in the Kingdom of Didd stories in the second season of The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss.
She appears most prominently in the episode "The Cat in the Hat's Indoor Picnic," where she informs Princess Tizz that they'll be having a picnic in a special place. Tizz imagines various far-off, exotic locals, but the picnic instead turns out to be in the palace garden, a special place indeed.
She also makes minor appearances in the episodes "The Cat in the Hat's Flower Power" and "The Cat in the Hat Helps a Friend."
