Ladyfinger (a spoof on Goldfinger from the James Bond film of the same name) is the villain in the "Cookie's Crumby Pictures" movie, The Spy Who Loved Cookies.
In the film, Ladyfinger steals the Queen's crown of cookies and plans to use her "Cookie-Dunker of Doom" to drench it in a large glass of milk. Once Agent Double-Stuffed 7 (Cookie Monster) is able to get through her various gates and into her lair, he thwarts her evil plan with a giant leap, grabbing the crown just in time and crashing down onto her.
