Laura Di Trapani is an independent animator and director whose personal studio has been producing film and commercial work since 1989.
Di Trapani has directed and produced a number of inserts for Sesame Street from Season 20 through Season 37. Most notably, Di Trapani directed the frequently-shown music videos "The Word is 'No'" and "Monster in the Mirror" (with animations by Jim Blashfield). Her animated inserts include "Super Wendy" and "Seven Cats."
