Leader is one of the residents of Lost Fraggle Rock, which resides underneath Fraggle Rock as revealed in the Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock episode "Fraggle Up." She meets Gobo and his friends in the following episode.
Leader is a sort of counterpart to Gobo for the Lost Fraggles, both in design and character; she even talks with the same Canadian accent. She explains to her new friends how the Lost Fraggles are able to survive underground without seeing the outdoors for generations, showing them the farm that supplies their food and explaining how they adapted to living without radishes once the supply was gone.
