Malone and Jim Henson discuss the set for "Blue Bayou" from episode 523 in Of Muppets and Men.

Leigh Malone (1950-2006)[1] was an art director who worked on The Muppet Show on eight episodes during the fourth and fifth seasons (including the transformation of the Muppet Theater into a pirate ship in episode 507). She was credited as a Muppet visual consultant for The Muppet Movie and was art director again for The Great Muppet Caper.

Malone's other credits include serving as production designer for the school series Brookside and set decorator for two Scarecrow and Mrs. King episodes made in England. She was art director for the 1985 Agatha Christie TV movie Murder with Mirrors (with Bette Davis) and production designer for the 1988 film Joyriders (with Billie Whitelaw).
