Alan leads the song from the pretend beach his friends set up outside Hooper's Store. He's joined by Elmo, Chris, Grover (who gets a ukulele solo), and a trio of shore-dwelling animals (a seagull, crab, and clam).
The song was excerpted in the 2020 special Elmo's Playdate: Scavenger Hunt.
