View source for Letter Song Series

A series of animated inserts, produced in 2008 for ''[[Sesame Street English]]'', featuring an [[Cookie Monster (animated)|animated version]] of [[Cookie Monster]] (voiced by [[David Rudman]]) and an [[Elmo (animated)|animated version]] of [[Elmo]] (voiced by [[Kevin Clash]]) singing about the various sounds different letters make. The segments appeared on ''[[Sesame Street]]'' in [[Season 40 (2009-2010)|Season 40]], with some subsequent editions premiering in following seasons.

The animation was designed by Superdeux and animated by Peter Belsky. The songs were written by [[Cathi Rosenberg-Turow]] and [[Russell Velázquez]]. International versions of the segments were produced for ''[[Plaza Sésamo]]'', ''[[Shalom Sesame]]'', ''[[Galli Galli Sim Sim]]'' and ''[[Iftah Ya Simsim]]''. The inserts were later put on the streaming service ''Showmax'' in South Africa, under the title "Sesame Street ABC's".
