Linda Kash (b. 1967) is a Canadian actress and comic who appeared on The Jim Henson Hour episode "Fitness" as the farmer's wife in the storybook segment. The credits misspell her name as "Linda Cash."
Kash trained with Second City in Chicago and later worked with SCTV alums on various specials, including Andrea Martin... Together Again. She appeared on Canadian sketch comedy shows as well as the series Street Legal, Night Heat, and Maniac Mansion. She relocated to Los Angeles for a time, guest starring on Seinfeld, Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, Ellen, Cybill, Everybody Loves Raymond, and 3rd Rock from the Sun.
Kash was a regular on the short-lived series She TV (1994), Minor Adjustments (1995-1996), and Style & Substance (1998). Back in Canada, she guest starred on Dan Redican's Puppets Who Kill, recurred on the series Doc (with Billy Ray Cyrus), and continued to appear on US shows shot in Canada such as Monk and Haven.
Kash played opposite Jim Varney in Ernest Rides Again (as Ron James' wife), followed by Ernest Goes to School and Ernest Goes to Africa. Film credits include Christopher Guest's Waiting for Guffman and A Mighty Wind, Ron Howard's Cinderella Man, Man of the Year (with Robin Williams), and The Love Guru (with Mike Myers). In the 21st century, she played Molly Brown in the 2012 miniseries Titanic (with Toby Jones and James Wilby) and Mrs. Barry in a 2016 Anne of Green Gables (aired on PBS). Her voice has been heard in various Canadian animated series, including several produced by Nelvana.
