Liz Hara (occasionally credited as Elizabeth Hara) is a Muppet performer, puppet builder, wrangler and writer for Sesame Street.
She has been a credited writer for the show since season 47, an uncredited performer during season 46 and later received a performing credit in Once Upon a Sesame Street Christmas. She is credited as a lyricist in season 50 of Sesame Street. Hara also produced and scripted the 2021 special, See Us Coming Together. She also began writing for The Sesame Street Podcast with Foley & Friends starting with its second season. In Season 54, Hara performed Lily the tiger (from Zhima Jie: Da Niao Kan Shijie) in Episode 5414 (which she also wrote).[1]
