Liza Öhman (1951-2022),[1] born Carin Elizabeth Öhman, voiced Clara and worked as the musical director for Mupparnas Julsaga, the Swedish dub of The Muppet Christmas Carol. She also voiced various characters and was the musical director for the second run of Sesam, the Swedish dubbed version of Open Sesame.
Öhman was a respected singer/songwriter in Sweden and has appeared a few times on the Swedish competition for Eurovision Song Contest. She was also a backing singer for ABBA. Most of her dubbing work were as a musical director or lyrics translator but she had a few voice credits as well, including The Smurfs, The Lion King as Sarabi, and The Incredible Journey as Kate.
