Loretta is one of Kingston's friends on Sesame Street.

Often seen with her crew of friends, Loretta is usually the first one to observe Kingston's unique, original qualities and to note that he is different from the other kids. When Kingston explains how he enjoys being different, she shrugs it off and finds the originality cool as well.

Loretta first appeared in Episode 3163, and was later seen in Episode 3562 and 3717. She was originally performed by Camille Bonora, and the character was taken over by Alice Dinnean for her later appearances.

In one segment, her only solo appearance, she sang a song about emotions in the park with her dog. She was played by Louise Gold for the song.
