Lost Fraggle Rock is the home of the Lost Fraggles, located very deep underneath modern-day Fraggle Rock. Gobo and his friends discover the cave after digging through the middle of the Great Hall in the Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock episode "Fraggle Up," and learn more about it - and their past - in the following episode.

One of the Rock's residents, Leader, explains to Gobo and the others why they live deep underground: generations ago, radishes were bountiful until the Gorgs of yesteryear had destroyed their garden and caused a dust storm, ruining the soil and making radishes seemingly impossible to grow.

The entrance hall of Lost Fraggle Rock is decorated with statues, paintings, and dioramas of various Fraggle ancestors and creatures living together. Another tunnel leads to the underground farm, which has a large beam of light shining down and dripping vines that feed the plants. A ready supply of compost from food waste also gives the soil its necessary nutrients.

While Lost Fraggle Rock has many similarities to modern-day Fraggle Rock, it appears to be devoid of any Doozers. When Cotterpin meets the Lost Fraggles they laugh in disbelief, thinking that the Doozer species had become extinct.
