Lucius is the producer and host of The Afterlife Show as seen in the Dinosaurs episode "The Last Temptation of Ethyl."
He first meets Ethyl Phillips after she appears as a guest on Mysteries That Haven't Been Solved Yet and invites her to share the story about how she visited the afterlife. He uses her appearance on the show to sell time shares for condominiums in the hereafter.
