"Macarena" is a 1993 song by Los del Río, made famous for its accompanying dance. The 1995 Bayside Boys Remix (with English lyrics) hit #1 on the Billboard "Hot 100".

A cover of the song was featured on the 1997 Sesame Street album Hot! Hot! Hot! Dance Songs, sung by Rosita, Benny Rabbit, Big Bird, The Count, Elmo, Hoots the Owl, Oscar the Grouch, Zoe, Wolfgang the Seal and Prairie Dawn.

The song was performed by Miss Piggy and Manolo and Carlo Flamingo in Muppets Most Wanted.
