Madeline Kahn urges Ernie to put down the duckie.
Madeline Kahn (1942 – 1999) was a comedic actress best known for her roles in Mel Brooks films, including Young Frankenstein, Blazing Saddles and High Anxiety. She won a Tony Award in 1993 for her role in The Sisters Rosensweig.
1977: Guest star on The Muppet Show Episode 209.
1978: Recorded inserts for Sesame Street (see below).
1979: Made a cameo in the El Sleezo Cafe scene in The Muppet Movie.
1981: Portrayed Madeline, a bird watcher, in Episode 1576.
1985: Provided the singing voice of Fruta Manzana, in Episode 2040.
1994: makes an appearance in Episode 3136.
