Maisie Williams (b. 1997) is an actor who started her career at the age of fourteen when she was cast as Arya Stark in Game of Thrones.
In 2019, Williams and her Game of Thrones co-stars Liam Cunningham and Conleth Hill met Oscar the Grouch at San Diego Comic-Con for a photo shoot with Entertainment Weekly. The Twitter account for Sesame Street tweeted a behind-the-scenes photo with the caption, "New show idea: Game of Grouch."[1]
She was awarded various accolades for her eight year stint as Arya, and further recognition for appearing in the 2014 film The Falling (with Florence Pugh). Her other credits include four episodes of Doctor Who as the ageless Ashildr, the 2017 biopic Mary Shelley (with Elle Fanning), The Book of Love (with Mary Steenburgen and Jason Sudeikis), Early Man (with Tom Hiddleston), and The New Mutants (with Anya Taylor-Joy).
