Mallard Capone is the "wing-man" to Nucky Ducky in the Sesame Street sketch "Birdwalk Empire," spoofing the show Boardwalk Empire. He joins Nucky and their crew in defending their turf of the birdwalk from the likes of Clucky Luciano, leader of their rival chicken gang.

He is a spoof of Stephen Graham's role of real-life gangster Al Capone on Boardwalk Empire.
