Manford is a large mushroom-like plant that resides in Lost Fraggle Rock, seen in the Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock episode "Lost and Found Fraggles."
Manford is the Lost Rock's counterpart of Lanford, and even speaks in the same gurgling-gibberish language. Lanford's caretaker Mokey, though, is not as thrilled as Lanford when the plants meet for the first time as she and Cotterpin are the only two visitors that don't seem to have their own doppelganger.
