Maria and Luis' apartment is located on the second floor of 123 Sesame Street (numbered 2A as seen in Episode 4217), home to Maria, Luis, and their daughter Gabi. The apartment has a highly visible window (for the bedroom) with a fire escape looking over the yard.
The apartment originally belonged to just Maria, while Luis lived in a different apartment, which was not given a specific location (though it was seen occasionally, such as Episode 1997). After they were married, Luis moved into Maria's apartment in Episode 2493.
During Buffy's tenure on the show, she and her family would stay in Maria's spare bedroom during their visits (starting in Episode 0872). In season twelve, Maria was instead said to be housing her cousin Mercedes, forcing Buffy and her son Cody to bunk in Oscar's trash can.
