Mark Rober is a former NASA engineer and product designer for Apple Inc. who became known for his YouTube channel on popular science and do-it-yourself gadgets.
He collaborated with the Muppets on his spin-off CrunchLabs channel in July 2025 and stars alongside the Sesame Street Muppets in Elmo & Mark Rober's Merry Giftmas (for which is also credited as an executive producer).
He has promoted his projects in appearances on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Shark Week, Hot Ones, The Drew Barrymore Show, The Today Show, CBS Saturday Morning, and many others.
