The McZuff is an extremely knowledgeable creature who appears in The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss episode "The Mystery of Winna-Bango Falls."
He lives in a pine resign shack in the bluffs near Mount Crumpit, which becomes flooded when the Big-Bottomed Rumpit blocks up the river. He accompanies Thidwick to find the source of the problem that has caused Winna-Bango Falls to dry up. They encounter a tribe of Wickershams, and the McZuff is able to translate for King Bob.
Eventually, the problem is solved and the McZuff's home is safe again. As he begins to go into unnecessary detail about the materials of his dwelling, Little Cat A ushers him out to allow the story to continue.
