Meagen Fay (b 1957) is an American actress known for her work in television who played Holly (Becky's mother) on The Muppets.
Fay previously appeared as "Lady from Oklahoma" in the Frank Oz-directed film Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and portrayed Mrs. Barrington in The Country Bears (with animatronics from Jim Henson's Creature Shop).
Her other television work includes appearances on such shows as thirtysomething, Roseanne, Mad About You, Seinfeld, Dharma & Greg, Gilmore Girls, Desperate Housewives, The Big Bang Theory, and Two and a Half Men.
