Mean Floyd is one of the villainous farmers from The Muppet Musicians of Bremen. Despite his name, Floyd is actually quite nervous and easily frightened. His biggest fear is to be confronted with ghosts, monsters, or swamp demons. Mean Floyd is Rover Joe's master, and he kicks out the old dog after mistaking him for a ghost.
