Meatball Monster is an animated monster made of "yucky meatballs" prepared by Chef and turned into a conscious creature by Bunsen and Beaker at Muppet Labs, in the Muppet Babies episode "Meatball Mayhem."
After initially appearing antagonistic through an accident in the lab, the remaining Muppet Babies realize that their only way to stop the monster's meanness is telling Chef the truth about what made the meatballs yucky in the first place. Armed with that crucial information, he is able to treat the monster with the necessary steps (sauce against dryness, a little massage against being too tough, spices, etc.) to effectively turn it "yummier and friendlier." The result is a shrunk, cutesyfied version that talks in squeaks instead of growls.
