"Meet Me at the Bus Stop" is a slow jazz song performed on Sesame Street in the early 1980s.
A bearded Fat Blue Muppet beatnik (performed by Jim Henson) is sitting at home feeling low, until his best friend Joe (Michael Earl) calls him to join up at the bus stop, where "you can get a ride almost anywhere." They decide to also invite their friends Sally and Sue (Brian Muehl and Kathryn Mullen), and to take the bus to the Central Park Zoo.
