Melkor is a Peacekeeper lieutenant in command of a small commando squad that sneaks on board Moya in the Farscape episode "Exodus from Genesis."
The first thing they discover is what they believe to be the dead body of Aeryn Sun, not knowing that it's only one of the Drak replicants. As they move through the ship toward Command, they encounter several other Drak replicants.
Melkor ends up being the only one of his squad that doesn't easily succumb to the Sebacean Heat Delirium, and ends up striking a deal with Crichton about leaving Moya and giving Crais a message from him.
