Merry Christmas, Everybody! is a 1993 Sesame Street book featuring Grover.
It's the day before Christmas, and Grover is hurrying through the streets with a package. His friends encourage him to stop and celebrate the season, but he insists on hurrying along. Betty Lou and the Count are counting snowflakes, Elmo and Rosita are making snow angels, Cookie Monster is baking Christmas cookies, Mr. Snuffleupagus and Alice are ice skating, and other friends are caroling and trimming a Christmas tree, but Grover continues to rush by. He only makes a brief stop at Nickles Department Store to tell Santa Claus what he wants for Christmas. Finally, he arrives at the post office, so that he can mail his package to his cousin Fred, who lives in Florida. Grover proudly tells the mail clerk that the soggy package contains snowballs!
