Hi, for the most part we don't usually track every portrayal of a historical person in a connections list (for a few authors, where we have a connections list already, sometimes it's included).
You might want to look at President of the United States, which *does* have such a list, for both fictional and historical portrayals, as long as it's in their capacity *as* Presidents or real people. In some cases for "alternate universe" type cartoons or shows (like Clone High), it's not really playing the actual person. The Lincoln Memorial in Night of the Museum is similarly iffy, and we have a connections list on the movie's page already. Otherwise though, most of what you want to add would fit right in there. Thanks!
I know they didn't atually appear in the videos, but they were the people who were rapping. I just people to know who such characters were and know that other people played them, okay? You remember this when they plan on doing "Walt Disney vs. Jim Henson". Not mention that part of the Who Censored Roger Rabbit? with Bugs and Mickey. Just saying.
Also, any chance we can add summaries for every Jim henson or Muppet movie or TV episode article? I see they have done that on Episode 606: Comic Capers.
Hi. Scott already warned you and asked you not to add back the names he removed. "Connections" sections list people who directly worked with the Muppets, Sesame Street, or related projects, not people who were only referenced, or impersonated in this case by others. Thus Weird Al, Snoop Dogg, people like that count. George Washington does not. For more in depth info, we're not an Epic Rap Battle Wiki. We don't include people or characters impersonated on Saturday Night Live or Robot Chicken in connections either (if it happens in a skit which has a Muppet reference, then we can mention it there).
Also, I can find no source for any planned Disney vs. Henson, beyond some fan scripts on message boards and a non-Epic Rap Battle YouTube video. Please do not re-add such info or claims again, just stick to actual confirmed Muppet references.
You might want to find something else to focus on. You mentioned summaries, and many pages do have them. If you see one without and you can provide one from actual viewing, feel free to work on that. Thanks.
Polls on a Wiki aren't proof of intent. We'd need something like a press release or an interview statement to actually consider it a fact, not a hope/assumption (and even then, it would be better to wait until it actually happens, if it does).
