For "Celia Says," that's not the actual song title at all, just something spoken in dialogue (but the song is well known enough that info could be found).
The two-note motif that identifies the shark in Jaws and the music that plays over the opening crawl of Star Wars... this is what's called the incidental music or music score of a TV series or movie. We don't cover individual pages for those, but at some point I'm sure we'll have a page for Fiedler.
Also, here's a neat trick: I find it helpful to edit a page in one browser tab and click around in another. That way you can make several changes to an article at once rather than editing and saving over and over again.
