  • So, I was looking over season 29 episodes from the story arc of Slimy going into space, because I actually remember seeing another rerun of the selected batch of episodes chosen for the 1999 reruns with altered segments airing again around late 2000/early 2001 and was trying to figure out which ones they were (I was in first grade at the time and definitely remember seeing them, mainly because I recall seeing the film with toys, robots and sattelites and the Al's Alphabet Garage skits).

But anyway, I noticed in Episode 3758 you noted that two segments replaced the Old West skit with Bad Bart. For clarification, were these two noted for the same skit as filling up the length for the original Old West skit (two skits replacing one to fill up time) or did you mean to note that another skit was also replaced but ended up putting in the Old West one for both? I know you didn't upload the full episode online (or I don't believe you have anyway), so again, I figured I would ask.

    • The Wegman and Chip/Dip segments were both inserted there to replace that one sketch. The former appeared immediately after the 19 in Space animation, followed by Chip/Dip, then the Cruikshank cartoon.

    • Thought so, thanks!

  • Heya. Looking at some of the stuff our "trusted source" provided us, there's a couple of things that don't seem to line up with our guides and I thought you could help:

-Episode 3802: you originally added the segment list, which didn't include the Wegman film, but added it when you put the table in. Our documents say it's not in the original version of the episode; is this an oversight by or them?

-Episode 3805: your copy was the summer version, right? Because the document doesn't mention any of those inserts following the Ernie and Bert bit.

-Episode 3852: is this another summer re-run? Our docs list the Ernie/Bert bit and the Wegman film listed at the bottom are in the episode, not the cat cartoon and day care bit.

    • Heya, a couple more things I've stumbled across if you can help:

-Episode 3841: the script says the dots 'toon is the one where they play "Twinkle Twinkle"

-Episode 3912: instead of the "In/Out Painting" bit, it's the Agua toon found in Episode 3784.

    • I can't help you with #3912 since I don't have any recordings of that episode. I can look at #3841 tomorrow.

  • Hey SchfiftyThree, I want to ask you something off the Muppet wiki if you get a chance.

  • If Episode 3881 aired on March 27, 2000, then how come Episode 3882 aired on February 15, 2000? The episode count is going forward but the dates are going backwards.

    • The episode actually aired on Feb. 14th, at least according to my copies - it just hadn't been changed yet for some reason.

Can't explain why, but somehow it was swapped with a rerun of Episode 3851 (meaning the latter was repeated on March 28, and 3882 was put with 3852-3855's week of reruns).

        Loading editor
    • Then how come you changed it back if the airdate I put was correct?

  • Hey Matt!

What's the Tyco character card you were referring to for Zoe's birthday? The Zoe article sources her birthday from the sesamestreet.org profile pages.

  • Can you make scenes of Episode 3930?

  • Hi, why did you remove the air date "Christmas" from the episode? I want us to keep it there.

    • We don't need to specify holidays on episode pages for air dates. A few other pages did so which we hadn't caught, so those should be removed as well.

Also, note that Matt's edit summary actually said "Redundant" (since December 25th is always Christmas; dates like Thanksgiving can vary, Christmas never does). So that was the reason Matt removed it.

  • Heya, just thought you should know that there are broken file links on Episode 3627 and Episode 3634. Did you have something to put there, or should we put a no-image placeholder there?

      Loading editor
    • I intended to get screenshots for the episodes soon after finishing their guides, but I just hadn't been able to get to it and got derailed. I hoped somebody perhaps would help and get the screenshots (and I'm surprised nobody thought of doing it), but if you want to covert them to Noimages, then that's fine.

    • Understood. Generally speaking, it's probably best to leave image links out unless you have the image ready to go. Otherwise, feel free to use File:noimage.png as with other episode pages that are missing screenshots.

    • I got the images for 3627. Will get images for 3634 soon
