So, I was looking over season 29 episodes from the story arc of Slimy going into space, because I actually remember seeing another rerun of the selected batch of episodes chosen for the 1999 reruns with altered segments airing again around late 2000/early 2001 and was trying to figure out which ones they were (I was in first grade at the time and definitely remember seeing them, mainly because I recall seeing the film with toys, robots and sattelites and the Al's Alphabet Garage skits).
But anyway, I noticed in Episode 3758 you noted that two segments replaced the Old West skit with Bad Bart. For clarification, were these two noted for the same skit as filling up the length for the original Old West skit (two skits replacing one to fill up time) or did you mean to note that another skit was also replaced but ended up putting in the Old West one for both? I know you didn't upload the full episode online (or I don't believe you have anyway), so again, I figured I would ask.
The Wegman and Chip/Dip segments were both inserted there to replace that one sketch. The former appeared immediately after the 19 in Space animation, followed by Chip/Dip, then the Cruikshank cartoon.
Heya. Looking at some of the stuff our "trusted source" provided us, there's a couple of things that don't seem to line up with our guides and I thought you could help:
-Episode 3802: you originally added the segment list, which didn't include the Wegman film, but added it when you put the table in. Our documents say it's not in the original version of the episode; is this an oversight by or them?
-Episode 3805: your copy was the summer version, right? Because the document doesn't mention any of those inserts following the Ernie and Bert bit.
-Episode 3852: is this another summer re-run? Our docs list the Ernie/Bert bit and the Wegman film listed at the bottom are in the episode, not the cat cartoon and day care bit.
in the video happy healthy monsters jump wasn't in it and i heard you add that in 2010 but you don't remember it and by the way could you think of the clips in the montage of cookie monster eating cookies.
Hi. That's not Shane. I protected the Jump page for now and messaged Shane here for conformation, so I'd hold off on that until we can figure this out. A reminder that we need to show sources for information added to the Wiki.
They're these thirteen 2.5 x 3.5" cardboard character cards by Tyco - they have a picture of the character and three Fun Facts about each one. If you search "Sesame Street" + "Tyco" + "Fun Facts" on Google, they'll show up.
I intended to get screenshots for the episodes soon after finishing their guides, but I just hadn't been able to get to it and got derailed. I hoped somebody perhaps would help and get the screenshots (and I'm surprised nobody thought of doing it), but if you want to covert them to Noimages, then that's fine.
Understood. Generally speaking, it's probably best to leave image links out unless you have the image ready to go. Otherwise, feel free to use File:noimage.png as with other episode pages that are missing screenshots.
